MAA Project.
Jumeriah Marsa Al Arab, planned to open in 2023, will lead a new generation of Jumeirah Group’s ultra-luxury portfolio with globally acclaimed Signature Restaurants across the entire development.
TCTI takes pride for exhibiting our expertise in Cold Chain Solution by providing a complete ‘ Concept to Commissioning ’ of Cold Stores at this iconic facility with our TCTI’s DCD approved Panels and POD Evaporators which are the cutting edge design concepts for the most effective usage of Cold Rooms.
Nestled at the tip of a peninsula at the heart of Dubai’s largest private beach, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will complete Jumeirah’s oceanic trilogy, which includes the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and sailboat-inspired Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. The new resort, with design influences of a futuristic superyacht, will feature 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses, as well as 83 luxury hotel apartment suites set amid private landscaped gardens. It encompasses specially-integrated wellness and leisure destinations and an impressive line-up of signature restaurants, including a new concept comprising four restaurants in one.
New Al Ain Hospital
Execution of the New Al Ain Hospital, considered as one of the most important healthcare projects, forms part of the Company’s efforts to realise the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, towards providing high quality healthcare services in line with best international specifications throughout the Emirate.
Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, has revealed that 89 percent of the AED4.4 billion New Al Ain Hospital – a project with a total built-up area of 347,000 square metres being executed in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, SEHA
The project receives the follow up of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, as the project represents part of Musanada’s contribution to the achievement of Abu Dhabi Plan and its main objectives on the healthcare front.
TCTI with a proven experience of Completing Cold Chain solutions for leading Hospital Groups and WHO, now considers this as another achievement for being part of this great project where we have engineered the Complete Cold Room facility of international standard.

Burj Crown: After successful completion of Burj Royal in Down Town, TCTI is now awarded with another signature project Burj Crown. The full scope of GRC façade in this project is offering TCTI yet another opportunity to display its capability on Engineering, Fabrication, Supply & Installation in line with stiff time targets. This project is strategically located with close proximity to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera
Dubai Creek Harbour DEVELOPMENT-Emaar
DCH Development: DCH development has offered TCTI an opportunity to demonstrate unparalleled competencies and skills by successfully delivering projects operating with highly demanding time lines. At present we have 3 Towers (Creek Rise 1, 2 & Grand) and 6 residential buildings from the leading developer EMAAR. By all probabilities TCTI is a front runner and the most preferred partner for EMAAR for façade works in composite materials.
Emaar Beach FronT COMMUNITY- bEACH iSLE
Beach Isle is a twin tower development by EMAAR in Emaar Beach front community. TCTI is awarded with GRC façade works for this exciting project. This repeat order from EMAAR is a proof for TCTI’s work of excellence. This project has a mix of color and profile which are challenging and only feasible to fabricate by an experienced manufacturer.
Emaar Beach Front COMMUNITY-GRAND BLEU
Grand Bleu: Grand Bleu is the first Elie Saab designer building in the world. This project is located in the heart of Emaar Beach Front one of the prime community developed by Emaar. The GRC scope of work has been awarded to TCTI in this Twin Tower project. Manufacturing slab edge transition panels to the precision is the demanding skill in this job. The installation team must have a proven record of installing slab edge panels to ensure the site productivity is best of industry standards to make the full scope of work commercially feasible.
