REFRIGERATED & AC VEHICLE TRANSPORT
TCTI strongly believes that freshness is not only achieved at the product harvest or at the creation stage. The mobility process of cool chain in the transport process is all about how effective they are been transported. This fact has made TCTI evolve with over 100+ collective years of experience incorporating high-end engineering on the vehicle insulated body and with internally renowned vehicle refrigeration and air-conditioning units and deliver well-made refrigerated trucks and vans that allow for precise control of temperature and humidity, preserving all types of perishable cargo.
TCTI manufactures a wide range of truck mounted chiller and freezer bodies with TCTI’s DCD and DCL approved insulated PIR panels catering to perishable distribution centers, hotels, hospitals hypermarkets to name a few. TCTI’s choice of materials used for the refrigerated body width are the result of over 100+ collective years of R&D which ensure that the insulated body is designed to hold temperatures ranging from +15°C to -30°C.
The refrigerated bodies are manufactured to the clients needs and TCTI takes pride in our innovative DCD and DCL approved panels manufacturing process by which we are able to build the the walls and ceiling of box with single panels as one for each side of the body.

The TCTI team are experts at manufacturing truck boxes for chiller and freezer units. With advanced customisation capabilities, TCTI works with clients to custom build unique solutions that facilitate the transportation of a wide range of foods and products, and incorporate features such as triple leaf rear doors which can drastically reduce cooling loss using usage. From special circuits and durable handles to long-lasting hinges, kick plates, view windows and self-closing mechanisms, TCTI’s highly efficient range of cold rooms accommodates a complete range of sizes, allowing for the preservation of optimal food quality on every occasion.
TCTI produces efficient portable commercial kitchens which are used extensively by fast food outlets and armed forces. Coming in both truck mounted and steel skid mounted options, out portable kitchens offer easy, economical, and reliable options for preparing food in even the most remote locations.
TCTI remains the prime choice amongst leading perishable transport companies for their requirement of reefer trailers. The reefer trailers are built in accordance with international standards and are designed to be operated with leading brands of cooling units.
TCTI’s refrigerated Skid mounted containers come with an integral refrigeration unit for controlling the temperature inside the container. The outdoor condensing units are either fitted on the rear side, or on top of the roof, and can be operated by a diesel generator or from an external electrical source. Within each the refrigeration unit, the return air temperature is constantly monitored, with the measured value being used to control the cold air. Data loggers are used to detect the temperature and indicate it on a digital display.
TCTI produces small insulated boxes with shelves which can be placed on top of club cars and can be used to deliver hot food across the rooms and facilities of leading resorts and hotels.

TCTI is sustaining the mighty power of the sun to uplift the transport refrigeration industry source of power to keep cool en route. This application is suitable for refrigerated trucks and vans designed to maintain refrigerated conditions of the insulated box, which must be able to operate at chiller temperatures (+2C). Developed specifically to power the transport refrigeration unit (TRU) and maintain the battery charge, the new thin-film flexible solar panels are easily installed on the roofs of truck bodies and vans. The unit saves fuel and reduces downtime lost to dead batteries that may be drained by not keeping the engine running to power the refrigerated trailers. Less energy consumption – green technology – elimination of emissions associated with diesel exhausts and global warming.
